Clomount Privacy Policy

1. What is Clomount’s Privacy Policy?

CLOMOUNT Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter “Clomount”) uses and provides the user’s personal information based on the user’s consent, and actively guarantees the user’s right(the right to control one’s own personal information).

Clomount complies with applicable laws, personal information protection regulations and guidelines of the Republic of Korea, which must be obeyed by information communication service providers.

Clomount’s Privacy Policy refers to guidelines on protecting the user’s valuable personal information which Clomount is required to comply with, in order to ensure that users use its services with confidence.

This Privacy Policy is applied to Clomount Services (hereinafter “Clomount”, “Minibig” or “the Services”).

2. Collection of Personal Information

Clomount collects the minimum personal information to provide the Services.

The following minimum personal information is collected when a user signs up for the Service or while the user uses the Services, through the home page, individual applications and other services.

• User information (email, password, name (nickname), mobile country code, language code)
• Smartphone device OS version, model information
• Information about your devices that are connected to the Service (device name, model, settings, sensor data, network environment information, MAC address, Wi-Fi SSID)
• Log information about your devices that are connected to the Service
• Location information (Location name, room name, device group name, link, scenario)
• Store information (name, mobile phone number, address)

You may disagree to provide the required information, but because the information above is essential to the use of Service, disagreement to the policy will lead to limited Service usage.
