The Services (as defined below) are provided by CLOMOUNT Co.,Ltd. located at 509, 166, Gasan digital 2-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea (“Clomount”, "Minibig", "we", "us" or "our").

By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. We're required to tell you that if you don't agree to the terms below, you can't use or access the Services in any manner.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") describe the relationship between you and Clomount. To use our services, you are required to and accept all of the Terms. It is your right to disagree, but unfortunately you can’t use our Services. Your use of the Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services. These Terms shall be posted in the relevant pages of Clomount Website or app service, and include the provisions in this document, as well as those in the Clomount Privacy Policy.

Basics of using our services

In order to use our Services, you may be required to sign up for an account, provide a verifiable email address, and select a password or PIN number and user name (which may be your email address) ("Minibig User ID"). You are required to provide us with accurate, complete, and updated registration information about yourself.

You represent and agree that you will not contribute any User Submission (as defined below) or otherwise use the Services or interact with the Services in a manner that:

• Has previously lost the use of Services by these Terms;
• Violates any law or regulation;
• Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Violates and jeopardizes the security and privacy of Minibig account or anyone else’s;
• Attempts, in any manner, to obtain the password, PIN number, account, or other security information from any other user;
• Attempts to disguise as someone else to use the Services;

About Privacy

After using our services, you are free to monitor, change, and delete your user information. Some information, such as email address, may not be open to change due to service management.

We make sure the Minibig Account shall be used only by its holder, and any access by other person must be banned. The Member shall manage his/her password in person to allow no one to appropriate his/her Minibig Account. The Company may require both password and additional verification to prevent abuse of the Minibig Account by other person. In case of the foregoing appropriation, please report to us. We exert its utmost effort to inform how to prevent such appropriation.

As the provider of the Services, we take your privacy very seriously. You can always check our privacy policy through the Minibig app or clomount website.

We are also constantly developing new technologies and features to improve our products, app, and services. Through receiving feedback from users, we try to make the best out of them to improve the app, products, and overall performance.
